I had a pleasant stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Denver-Downtown. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with cozy beds that made for a good night's sleep. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the vibrant 16th Street Mall and great eateries. However, the breakfast could have been better, as I found it a bit lacking in variety. Overall, it was a solid choice, but I felt there was room for improvement in a couple of areas.

I had a pretty decent stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Denver-Downtown. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made up for the check-in hiccup I experienced. Although the room was cozy, it felt a bit dark, and the breakfast options could be improved. Overall, the hotel was clean and well-placed, making my time in Denver enjoyable, even if it was a bit pricey.

Rooms
8.0
My room was cozy with a large TV, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. However, it felt a bit narrow and dark, which made it harder to work comfortably.
Service
7.0
The staff were extraordinarily kind and attentive, but my check-in experience left a bit to be desired as I had to wait longer for my room to be ready than expected.
Location
9.0
The hotel was ideally located, just a short walk from the convention center and many fantastic restaurants. It made getting around downtown so much easier.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast buffet had good variety but lacked healthy options. I found better meals nearby than what was offered at the hotel.
Facilities
7.0
The amenities were decent with a gym and an indoor pool, though some gym equipment was out of order. The hotel was clean and well-maintained overall.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Denver-Downtown for a couple of nights, and while there were great aspects like the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the place, I had some frustrating experiences too. The location was awesome, really close to everything downtown, but the valet parking situation left a lot to be desired. Overall, I appreciated my stay but some improvements are definitely needed.

Rooms
8.0
My room was quite spacious and very clean, but it was smaller than I expected from the website. I liked that the bed was super comfortable, which helped me sleep well throughout my stay.
Service
7.0
The staff were mostly attentive and friendly, particularly Patrick and Deloras, who were super helpful. However, I did encounter one unfriendly staff member during my stay, which was a bit disappointing.
Location
9.0
I loved the hotel's location, it's perfectly centered close to all the downtown attractions and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. It made exploring the city pretty easy.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was actually better than I expected for a hotel—lots of options, and the coffee was great! The potatoes were undercooked both times I tried them though, which was a letdown.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had a nice gym and pool area, which was good for relaxation after a long day. However, the valet parking was pretty expensive and not ideal for a longer stay, so I opted for a cheaper self-parking option nearby.

My stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Denver-Downtown was mostly enjoyable, thanks to the excellent downtown location and clean, comfortable accommodations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made a significant difference. However, I found some areas needing improvement, particularly around the breakfast quality and the valet parking pricing.

Rooms
8.0
My room was spacious and clean, with a great layout that included a refrigerator, microwave, and a couch. The bedding was super soft, which made for a cozy sleep experience. However, I did encounter a persistent smell coming from the sink that was disappointing.
Service
9.0
The staff were truly a highlight of my stay. They were attentive and quickly handled the few issues I had, like the issues with the sink. However, I did have one interaction with a staff member who wasn’t as friendly as the rest, which was a bit off-putting.
Location
10.0
The location was fantastic, just a couple of blocks from the 16th Street Mall and surrounded by numerous dining options. It made exploring downtown very convenient, and having public parking options nearby was a plus.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast had plenty of options and was decent overall, but the breakfast area was sometimes messy, which surprised me for a Hampton Inn. They could definitely improve on keeping it tidier and refreshing the fruit selection.
Facilities
8.0
I enjoyed the pool and the gym, which were good for relaxing and keeping active. The laundry facilities were also helpful during my stay. Despite the indoor pool being clean and inviting, I missed out on using the hot tub due to repairs.

I had a pretty good stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Denver-Downtown, primarily enjoying the really good location and spacious room. However, the breakfast experience wasn't the best, with cleanliness issues in the dining area. Additionally, I faced a billing problem that took some extra time to resolve. Overall, I'd return, hoping for improvements in food service and billing accuracy.

Rooms
8.0
The room was spacious with a comfortable sitting area and was well-equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed.
Service
7.0
While the staff was friendly and attentive, my experience was marred by inattentive service at the front desk after check-in. The staff was quick to respond to issues once I raised them.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was fantastic, being close to downtown attractions like the 16th Street Mall and Capitol Hill, making it easy to explore the area.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was disappointing; while there were some decent options, the cleanliness of the breakfast area was a letdown, and the food itself was average at best.
Facilities
8.0
The indoor pool and jacuzzi area was a nice touch, and having laundry facilities available was a huge convenience during my stay.
